prenatal yoga


 

I teach prenatal yoga and am a birth preparation coach and doula. I am passionate about supporting birthing people in a way that honors their specific needs and wants to have an empowered, intentional pregnancy and birth experience. Just like no two people are the same, no two birth journeys are the same and require a great level of customization to each person. Through one on one prenatal yoga we connect to breathe and prepare the body and mind for birth.

I offer one on one Prenatal Yoga in-person (in Toronto Ontario) or virtually (via Zoom).

From my experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher, Yoga is what taught me how to birth. Through breath and connection to breath and movement I guide pregnant people to develop a simple daily yoga practice to move their bodies starting with the breath. Coincidentally these are the same skills that help us stay grounded through labor and birth. I create custom programs based on the goals and vision for those who would like to have the tools of breath, movement and relaxation during pregnancy, labor and beyond.
